GTL2500 Profile Machining Center
The GTL2500 linear rail gantry machining center is a medium-sized machine tool that can automatically and continuously complete multiple processes such as milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, spotfacing, and tapping after the workpiece is clamped once. The machine tool is suitable for the processing of multiple varieties and small batches of complex parts such as medium-sized box, plate, disk, valve, shell, profile, etc. The machine tool uses high-precision linear rails and screw rods, which have better dynamic response and can achieve high-speed cutting and low-speed non-creeping. It is widely used in the precision parts, new energy, 3C products, hardware, auto parts, medical equipment industries.
The complete machine structure is a fixed-column gantry structure. The body uses a large and stable base, with high-rigidity large-span crossbeam-shaped columns, ensuring high-speed cutting without vibration or deformation.

❅Large diameter C3-grade screw rod with pre-tensioning structure to eliminate some thermal extension, self-lubricating screw rod bearing to extend bearing life
❅The tool magazine adopts 21 or 26 umbrella-type servo knife magazines, which are reliable in quality and stable in performance.
❅The spindle adopts a high-speed spindle unit with a direct connection BT30-20000rpm/min. The front end of the spindle is designed with a labyrinth and features an air curtain protection function to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
❅The volumetric and forced grease system is configured to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the entire machine tool.
❅The machine tool chip removal is equipped with two-sided chip-rolling screw chip removal as standard, and can also be equipped with a chain plate chip removal machine. The front-mounted water tank design is automated, user-friendly, and efficient. The dual-layer water tank filtration system structure provides good cutting fluid for workpiece processing.
