SL600 High-speed Tapping Cente
The SL600H linear rail vertical machining center is a small-to-medium sized machine tool that can automatically and continuously complete multiple processes such as milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, spot facing, and tapping after a single clamping of the workpiece. The machine tool is suitable for the multi-variety and small-batch processing of complex parts such as small and medium-sized boxes, plates, disks, valves, shells, molds, etc. The machine tool uses high-precision linear rails and lead screws, which have better dynamic response and can achieve high-speed cutting and low-speed non-creeping. It is widely used in the precision parts, 3C products, hardware, auto parts, medical equipment industries.
The machine structure is a fixed column type with a cross slide table structure. The body uses a large and stable base, high-rigidity large-span herringbone columns, and high-speed cutting without vibration or deformation.

✪The whole machine is fully enclosed and protected, with a beautiful shape and convenient operation and maintenance.
✪The basic large parts are made of high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron materials, which gives the machine high rigidity and stable accuracy.
✪Three-axis guide rail is carried by roller line rail, featuring high rigidity, low friction and low noise.
✪The large diameter C3 grade screw rod with pre-tensioning structure eliminates some thermal extension, and the screw rod bearing adopts self-lubrication to extend the bearing life.
✪The tool library adopts 21 umbrella-type servo knife libraries with reliable quality and stable performance.
✪The spindle adopts a high-speed spindle unit with a direct connection BT30-20000rpm/min. The front end of the spindle is designed with a labyrinth and equipped with an air curtain protection function to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
✪ It is equipped with a positive displacement and forced lubrication system to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine tool.
✪The standard configuration of the machine tool chip removal is to use water to flush the chips after the slope on both sides. The rear-mounted water tank design is automated, user-friendly, and efficient. The dual-layer water tank filtration system structure provides good cutting fluid for workpiece processing.
