The KS4050 linear rail type vertical multi-axis machining center is a small-sized machine tool. After the workpiece is clamped once, it can automatically and continuously complete the processing of multiple processes such as milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, spotfacing, tapping, etc. The machine tool is suitable for the processing of multiple varieties of medium and large quantities of complex parts such as small and medium-sized box-type, plate-type, disk-type, valve-type, shell-type, mold-type, etc. The machine tool uses high-precision linear rails and screw rods. It has better dynamic response and can achieve high-speed cutting and low-speed non-creeping. It is widely used in the precision parts, 3C products, hardware, auto parts, medical equipment industries. It is 2.8 times more efficient than ordinary vertical machining centers.
The whole machine structure is a fixed column type, with a cross slide table structure. The body uses a large and stable base, with high-rigidity large-span gantry-shaped columns, for high-speed cutting without vibration or deformation.
